We all know the feeling: you should go to the gym, but all of a sudden doing anything else sounds more appealing. Your bed? Paradise. Food instead? Let's go.

One of the biggest struggles I've had when I started going to the gym is finding motivation to actually go. It's easy to follow your routine once you start but it's hard to find the momentum to make it flow. Motivation is unreliable; it's just a feeling, finding discipline is what's important. What helped me build my routine and make it a habit is romanticizing my goals. Trust me, I know, it sounds so silly. But, thinking about having my dream body while traveling the world keeps me going. Feeling confident in anything and everything I wear is what makes me want to struggle through cardio day. The moment you put on your headphones, throw on a cute gym outfit, and hit play on your favorite album, you step into the version of yourself that feels unstoppable. This is your time, your energy, and the space you create. Make it comfortable for yourself and naturally you'll start wanting to go to the gym more and more.

Motivation is not always going to show up for you, find your reason and make it fun! At the end of the day, the best workouts aren't the ones fueled by motivation; they're the ones you show up for anyway.
